If your first thought could be getting a taxi or jump on a Hop on Hop off bus, Although they can be considered comfortable solutions, they often turn out to be unnecessarily expensive and often not very instructive.

Public transport in Rome vs. Hop on Hop off bus.

When visiting a new city, the option of using a hop on hop off bus is very common. It allows you to have a general view of the city and to begin to orient yourself more easily. If this is generally true, in our opinion, it is less so when visiting Rome the sites of interest are often blocked by traffic.

Getting around by public transport in Rome is cheap, perhaps the cheapest in Europe and the public transport network is widespread throughout the metropolitan city of Rome. Choosing among the available Metrebus offers you certainly have many more advantages. These include getting on and off on all means of the transport network of the metropolitan city of Rome, which has a greater number of stops distributed throughout the territory and has a much higher frequency of passage.

By choosing the right solution, the metrebus offers guarantees the possibility to visit both the center of Rome and the best cities near Rome spending less and discovering wonderful sites off the beaten path.
